Marital Status #

Use the Marital Status field in Patient Demographics to record the applicable configured value.

Visible values #

  • Divorced
  • Legally Separated
  • Married
  • Single
  • Widowed

Update marital status #

  1. Find and verify the patient.
  2. Enter edit mode.
  3. Open Marital Status.
  4. Select the applicable value.
  5. Select Save Patient.

Use the patient’s information

Do not infer marital status from responsible-party, guarantor, emergency-contact, or insurance information.
