ICD-10 Codes #

Use Diagnosis Codes to search the source shown by Phoenix and review codes available to the practice.

Open Diagnosis Codes #

1. Select Billing > Diagnosis Codes.
2. Confirm that the Diagnosis Codes tab opens.

Search and import #

1. Enter text in Enter Search Term.
2. Select Search.
3. Review and select the intended result.
4. Select Import Selected Code(s) to Practice.
5. Verify the result in the practice list.

Find a code in the practice list #

Use Enter text to search and Find above the lower grid. Visible columns include QCODE, DESCRIPTION, OFFICIAL_DESCRIPTION, and ICD_CODE.

Billing context #

Charges and Payments also includes a Diagnosis Codes area with Update Case Dx Codes and Search Description. The captured screens do not establish code ordering, diagnosis-to-procedure linking, or code validity.
