Upcoming Pricing Changes
To all of our EDI Insight Users!
Our PSS EDI clearinghouse vendor has updated the prices they are charging us starting 04/01/2026, so in accordance with your EDI services agreement you have with PSS, the following prices will take effect starting April 1st.
· Electronic Professional Claims and Eligibility Checks will now be $0.55 each.
· Electronic UB04 claims will now be $0.60 each.
· ERA 835 Responses will now be $0.30 each.
· Printed Paper Claims will now be $1.35 each.
Our Bundled Pricing, which includes UNLIMITED professional claims (both electronic and paper) automatic secondary claims, unlimited ERAs, up to 1500 eligibility checks per month and of course unlimited training and support directly from PSS is only $119 a month per provider. As always, we will evaluate claims volume on a month-to-month basis to ensure we are charging you as little as possible. This is automatic, and will continue as long as our vendor allows it. We appreciate your understanding!
Server Maintenance
In addition, Waystar technical teams will be performing necessary updates on EDIinsight servers this weekend. Beginning on Saturday March 7th, 2026 at 11am ET. The server will be inaccessible while the work is being completed.

Medicare Eligibility Re-Attestation
CMS HETS has issued a requirement, effective spring of 2026, for providers to attest to their relationship with third-party entities, such as Practice Insight to CMS, in order to submit Medicare eligibility transactions. Medicare providers must complete the attestation via their Medicare Administrative Contractor (MAC) website portal. To avoid any disruption in service, attestation(s) must be completed as soon as possible, before the final deadline. Please reach out to PSS today to get the paperwork needed to ensure you will continue to get eligibility results from Medicare!
